Reflecting back on years of customer service management, the one personal attribute that trumped all others was TENACITY. Overcoming the myriad of service issues, defective products and difficult customers was made possible because I never succumbed to defeat. I admittedly didn’t know that I was exercising a brilliant strategy during each service challenge – I did it because that’s the way my parents raised me. I was taught to not give up. To this day, it has served me well. Thanks mom and dad!
